摘　　要：针对大型油罐火灾具有烟雾大、火焰温度高、热辐射强、燃烧速度快等特点,立足于大型油罐火灾和灭火救援实际,总结大型油罐火灾救援组织指挥原则,通过灭火剂用量计算提出科学战斗编程,结合两起大型油罐火灾成功扑救战术剖析,促进消防救援队伍各级指挥员科学决策、指挥、组训能力提升,充分发挥人员、装备优势,快速、有效扑灭火灾,防止事态扩大或发生次生灾害。Large-scale oil tank fires have the characteristics of heavy smoke, high flame temperature, strong heat radiation and fast burning speed. Based on the actual situation of large-scale oil tank fires and fire-fighting, this paper summarized the organization and command principles of large-scale oil tank fires, put forward scientific combat programming through the calculation of fire extinguishing agent dosage, and analyzed the successful fighting tactics of two large-scale oil tank fires, so as to promote the scientific decision-making, command and training ability of commanders at all levels of fire rescue teams, give full play to the advantages of personnel and equipment, quickly and effectively extinguish fires, and prevent the situation from expanding or secondary disasters.
