摘　　要：生态理念对于军队高素质人才培养有着重要的借鉴和启示作用。本文用生态学的观点分析了培养高素质新型联合岗位军官现实存在的问题,提出院校、部队体系融合的人才培养生态模式,基于生态位理论设计了联合岗位军官的培养制度,并以指挥决策领域联合作战保障军官为例,探索设计了有利其成长发展的生态位和成长路径,对联合岗位军官培养具有借鉴意义。Ecological point of view has an important reference and inspirations to the cultivation of high-quality military officers. Firstly, from the perspective of ecology, this paper analyses the practical problems in training joint post officers, and puts forward an ecological model that integrates the training demand of universities and troops. Then based on niche theory, a cultivation system of joint post officers is designed. Also, taking the joint post officers of command and decision-making as an example, this study designs the ecological niches and growth paths suitable for them, providing reference for the cultivation of joint post officers.
