摘 要:新型作战力量代表军事技术发展方向,在强军新工科建设背景下,加强军事技术前沿领域专业建设的同时,需立足“三个面向”同步开展新型作战人才培养工作。从分析目前新型作战力量人才培养的需求与短板差距入手,提出了在强军新工科背景下开展新型作战力量人才培养的意见建议,为强军新工科建设及新型作战力量人才培养提供了一定参考。New-type operational forces represent the direction of military technology development. In the context of emerging engineering education for strengthening the military, it demands carrying out the training of the new-type operational forces talents in accordance with“facing troops, facing battlefield and facing the future”,as well as strengthening the specialty construction in the frontier field of military technology. Starting from the analysis of the current demands and weakness in the training of new-type operational forces, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the training of new-type operational forces, which is intended to provide some reference for the construction of emerging engineering education for strengthening the military and the training of new-type operational forces talents.
