摘  要:为救治国家二级保护动物野生灰鹤,并防止其所携带的条件性致病菌对当地人和畜禽带来健康危害,本试验对陇南腹泻灰鹤的泄殖腔内细菌进行分离培养、染色镜检、生化试验和16S rRNA基因扩增及测序,并对菌株耐药性进行检测。结果显示,共分离鉴定出3株细菌,分别是大肠埃希菌(LNHH1)、粪肠球菌(LNHH2)和肺炎克雷伯菌(LNHH3)。药敏试验结果显示,大肠埃希菌对林可霉素、红霉素、四环素、万古霉素、青霉素和多西环素耐药,对其他14种抗菌药均敏感;粪肠球菌对林可霉素、红霉素、四环素、阿米卡星、多黏菌素、链霉素、卡那霉素和庆大霉素耐药,对头孢唑林、头孢哌酮、头孢氨苄、头孢曲松和头孢他啶中度敏感,对其他7种抗菌药敏感;肺炎克雷伯菌对林可霉素、红霉素、万古霉素和青霉素耐药,对氨苄西林中度敏感,对其他15种抗菌药均敏感。本试验结果为陇南地区畜禽养殖防治野生动物源传染病提供了科学依据。To protect wild Grus grus, a national second-class protected animal, and prevent the spread of opportunistic pathogens to local people and livestock, this study conducted bacterial isolation from the cloaca of diarrhea Grus grus in Longnan followed by microscopic observation, biochemical test, 16 S rRNA gene amplification and sequencing, and drug resistance analysis. The results showed that three bacterial strains, namely Escherichia coli(LNHH1), Enterococcus faecalis(LNHH2) and Klebsiella pneumoniae(LNHH3), were isolated and identified. The drug sensitivity test revealed E. coli(LNHH1) was resistant to lincomycin, erythromycin, tetracycline, vancomycin, penicillin and doxycycline, but highly sensitive to other 14 antibiotics;E. faecalis(LNHH2) was resistant to lincomycin, erythromycin, tetracycline, amikacin, polymyxin, streptomycin, kanamycin and gentamycin, but moderately sensitive to cefazolin, cefoperazone, cefalexin, ceftriaxone and ceftazidime, and highly sensitive to other 7 antibiotics;K. pneumoniae(LNHH3) was resistant to lincomycin, erythromycin, vancomycin and penicillin, but moderately sensitive to ampicillin, and highly sensitive to other 15 antibiotics. The results provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of wild animal infectious disease in livestock and poultry breeding.
