犬腰-荐椎间盘突出致不完全马尾综合征病例的诊治与分析

摘　　要：为了对1只出现后肢步态不稳、右肢间歇性跛行等症状的拉布拉多犬进行诊断和治疗,笔者对患犬进行了临床检查、实验室检查和电子计算机断层扫描(CT),最终确诊患犬为腰-荐(L7-S1)椎间盘突出致不完全马尾综合征(CES)。综合分析评估患犬的病情后,选择对患犬采用保守治疗方案。经过1个月的药物治疗以及辅助治疗,该犬症状消失,恢复良好。结果表明,该保守治疗方案对犬腰-荐椎间盘突出所致不完全CES具有较好的治疗效果。In order to diagnose and treatment a Labrador with symptoms of unstable gait of hindlimb and intermittent claudication of right limb, this study conducted clinical, laboratory, and computed tomography(CT) examinations for a comprehensive assessment of the case’s condition, and reached a final diagnosis of incomplete cauda equina syndrome(CES)due to lumbar-sacral intervertebral disc herniation(L7-S1). Following a thorough review of the case’s condition, a conservative treatment regimen was adopted, leading to the clearance of intervertebral disc herniation symptoms and a favorable prognosis one month after therapeutic intervention and supportive measures. Thus, the conservative treatment regimen has proven effective for incomplete CES in canine caused by lumbar-sacral intervertebral disc herniation.
