摘 要:基于2009至2019年中国四个国家级城市群62个城市的面板数据,对其建筑业的碳排放效率及空间差异和影响因素进行分析。首先采用排放系数法测定碳排放量,在此基础上利用非期望产出超效率SBM进行碳排放效率分析,最后运用Tobit模型分析碳排放效率的影响因素,得到以下研究结论:(1)碳排放量在时序上呈现倒“V”字型;(2)建筑业碳排放效率整体水平不高,在时序上总体呈上升趋势,城市群间空间差异显著;(3)建筑业碳排放效率与建筑业区域经济、产业结构及节能技术呈正相关关系,与行业规模、资源禀赋及区位熵呈负相关关系。因此从政府角度提出了技术推广和资源利用等对策建议。Based on panel data of 62 cities in four national urban agglomerations in China from 2009 to 2019, spatial differences and influencing factors in construction industry are thoroughly analyzed. Firstly, emission coefficient method is used to measure carbon emissions, based on which carbon emission efficiency analysis is conducted using the Super-SBM of undesirable outputs,and finally influencing factors of carbon emission efficiency are analyzed by Tobit model. And the following research conclusions are obtained:(1) carbon emissions have displayed an inverted V-shape in time series.(2) Carbon emission efficiency in construction industry is relatively low. In time series, there is an overall upward trend, and spatial differences among urban agglomerations are significant.(3) Regional economy, industrial structure and energy-saving technology of construction industry are positively correlated with carbon emission efficiency. While industry scale, resource endowment and location entropy are negatively correlated with carbon emission efficiency. Therefore, from the government’s perspective, suggestions are proposed regarding technology promotion and resource utilization.
