论认罪认罚从宽制度下短刑犯改造的几个问题

摘　　要：基于部分在押短刑犯的调查数据,对认罪认罚从宽制度下短刑犯改造所面临的新问题进行了剖析,并结合当前刑事政策理论及全面依法治国发展方向,从四期心理介入、实用技能提升、优化减刑模式、完善社区矫正模式等方面对认罪认罚从宽制度下的短刑犯改造提出了部分观点。Based on the survey data of some short-term prisoners in custody, combined with the current criminal policy theory and the direction of comprehensive law-based governance, this paper puts forward some views on the reform of short-term criminals under the leniency system of confession and punishment. Those included aspects are the four-stage psychological intervention, improvement of practical skills, optimization of commutation mode, and improvement of community correction mode.
