摘  要:目前武钢有限炼钢厂生产的超低碳汽车板钢,真空深脱碳时间较长,本文从真空深脱碳的热力学及动力学条件入手,采用真空水循环泵+真空蒸汽喷射泵的组合泵系统模式预抽真空度,依据钢水到站温度和钢水中游离氧含量的不同,建立三种深脱碳模式:非顶枪吹氧自然脱碳模式、MFB顶枪吹氧强制脱碳模式,MFB顶枪吹氧强制脱碳及吹氧升温模式,优化工艺,在保证钢水碳含量达标的前提下,减少真空深脱碳的平均时间4 min以上。At present,the process of the ultra-low carbon automobile plate steel in Wugang Steelworks takes a long time in deep vacuum decarburization.Starting from the thermodynamic and dynamic conditions of deep vacuum decarburization,the researchers use the combined system mode of vacuum water circulation and vacuum steam injection to prepump to control the vacuum degree.Based on the different molten steel arrival temperatures and free oxygen contents in molten steel,the researchers stablish three deep decarburization modes:non top rush oxygen natural decarburization mode,MFB top rush oxygen forced decarburization mode,MFB top rush oxygen forced decarburization mode and oxygen blowing heating mode.It turns out that the approach optimizes the process,and reduces the average time of vacuum deep decarburization for more than 4 minutes on the premise of ensuring that the carbon content of molten steel meets the standard.
