回馈健康教育方法在老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨回馈健康教育方法在老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1~6月在温州医科大学附属第二医院脑卒中中心住院的92名老年脑卒中患者为研究对象。按照随机数字法将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组45名患者,采用回馈健康教育方法;对照组47名患者,采用常规健康教育方法。4周后,通过康复锻炼依从性、肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力评分,比较两组患者不同健康教育方法的实施效果。结果 康复锻炼依从性,试验组患者评分[(46.05±2.38)分]高于对照组患者[(43.67±2.23)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);肢体运动功能,试验组患者评分[(57.28±8.77)分]高于对照组患者[(50.78±9.01)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);日常生活活动能力,试验组患者评分[(66.11±9.32)分]高于对照组患者[(56.44±9.91)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 老年脑卒中偏瘫患者采用回馈健康教育方法,能够有效提高康复锻炼依从性,改善肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective To explore the application of feedback health education in the rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods According to the digital random method, 92 elderly stroke patients hospitalized in the stroke center of the second affiliated hospital of Wenzhou medical university from January to June 2021 were selected, including 45 in the experimental group and 47 in the control group. The experimental group was treated with feedback health education and the control group was treated with routine health education. The scores of rehabilitation exercise compliance, physical activity ability(PAA) and activity of daily living(ADL) were compared after 4 weeks. Results The rehabilitation exercise compliance score in the experimental group(46.05±2.38) was higher than that in the control group(43.67±2.23), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The PAA scores were(57.28±8.77) in the experimental group and(50.78±9.01) in the control group(P<0.001);The ADL scores were(66.11±9.32) in the experimental group and(56.44±9.91) in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusions The application of feedback health education for elderly stroke patients can effectively improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise, the PAA and the ADL.
