摘 要:为进一步提升平环强磁选机的颗粒捕集性能和分选效果,以直角齿齿板介质为基准,采用COMSOL Multiphysics研究不同长径比的椭圆齿齿板介质的磁场特性、磁性颗粒运动规律及磁性颗粒的捕集行为。研究结果表明:对于两类齿板介质,低场强下,齿尖处均为磁性吸引区域,齿谷处均为磁性排斥区域,高场强下,椭圆齿介质齿谷会产生磁性吸引区域;椭圆齿齿板介质的颗粒捕集性能随长径比的增大而增加,且长径比λ≥1.5的椭圆齿齿板介质具有优于直角齿齿板介质的颗粒捕集性能,在平环强磁选机中具有较大的应用潜力。For further improving particle capture ability and separation performance of horizontal ring magnetic separator, the magnetic characteristics, the particle motion principles and particle capture behaviors of grooved plates with elliptic teeth of different aspect ratios were investigated on the basis of conventional right angle grooved plates using COMSOL Multiphysics. The results show that for right angle and elliptic tooth plates, the region around tooth tips and valleys respectively are magnetically attractive and repulsive in relatively low applied induction. Some parts of region around tooth valleys of elliptic tooth plates can also be transferred to be magnetically attractive in high applied induction. The particle capture ability of elliptic tooth plates increases with increasing aspect ratios and elliptic tooth plates with aspect ratio λ≥1.5 have superior particle capture performance than conventional grooved plates, which reveals that elliptic tooth plates have great application prospect in horizontal ring high intensity magnetic separation.
