摘  要:综合各类立体车库的优缺点,设计一种利用地上空间建造的垂直循环式立体车库,主要包括主框架、升降系统和循环系统等机构。基于有限元仿真分析软件对升降系统主要零件进行强度和刚度校核,计算载车板的应力应变分布情况,并对链传动部分进行静力学和瞬态动力学仿真分析,验证运行过程中的可靠性。结果表明,此垂直循环式立体车库结构合理,存取车效率高,且性能可靠。Based on the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of stereoscopic garages, a vertical circulating stereoscopic garage built by above-ground space is designed, which mainly includes main frame, lifting system and circulation system. Based on the finite element simulation analysis software, the strength and stiffness of the main parts of the lifting system are checked, the stress and strain distribution of the car plate is calculated, and the statics and transient dynamics simulation analysis of the chain drive part are carried out to verify the reliability in the process of operation. the results show that the vertical circulation stereoscopic garage has reasonable structure, high access efficiency and reliable performance.
