摘 要:为研究智能驾驶测试设备——可移动假人平板小车控制器安装点处受到来自路面激励对小车内部控制器振动影响,该文对可移动假人平板小车进行模态频响分析研究,利用NASTRAN对平板小车进行模态频响分析,对平板小车车轮安装点施加单位载荷,小车及内部电器件为一个系统,施加的激励经过系统后,得出小车控制器安装点位移响应值,发现其安装位置频率在113 Hz附近时,位移响应点幅值较大,经计算平板小车模态,发现小车固有频率为103 Hz,避开平板小车控制器安装点处固有频率,不会产生共振对控制器的安装产生影响,说明平板小车内部电器件设计及布置合理,也反映频响分析能很好地解决系统共振方面的问题。In order to study the influence of the vibration of the internal controller of the mobile dummy flat car at the installation point of the mobile dummy flat car controller, the modal frequency response analysis of the mobile dummy flat car is carried out in this paper. The modal frequency response of the flat car is analyzed by using NASTRAN, and the unit load is applied to the installation point of the wheel of the flat car. the car and the internal electrical devices are a system. The displacement response value of the installation point of the trolley controller is obtained, and it is found that the amplitude of the displacement response point is larger when the installation position frequency is near 113 Hz. After calculating the mode of the flat car, it is found that the natural frequency of the car is 103 Hz, which avoids the natural frequency at the installation point of the controller, and the resonance will not affect the installation of the controller, which indicates that the design and layout of the internal electrical devices of the flat car are reasonable, and reflects that the frequency response analysis can well solve the problem of system resonance.
