摘 要:介绍了贵溪冶炼厂极板转运设备阳极板载运车提升卸载装置的组成及工作原理,并从提升卸载装置缺乏自由度、限位支架损坏摆动撞击、提升装置倾斜重力、硬性碰撞冲击四个方面分析了提升卸载装置产生变形的原因,最终确定是由于提升装置倾斜重力、硬性碰撞冲击导致提升卸载装置产生变形。通过分析,采用加强立板的方式进行改进优化,经计算验证,改进方式是可行的,可以解决阳极板载运车提升卸载装置变形的问题。This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the lifting and unloading device of anode plate truck of polar plate transport equipment in Guixi Smelter.The reasons for the deformation of the lifting and unloading device are analyzed from four aspects:the lack of freedom of the lifting and unloading device,the damage and swing impact of the limit support,the tilt gravity of the lifting device,and the hard impact.Finally,it is determined that the lifting and unloading device is deformed due to the tilt gravity and hard collision impact of the lifting device.Through calculation and analysis,it is improved and optimized by strengthening the vertical plate and the calculation verification is carried out.The deformation problem of the lifting and unloading device of anode plate truck is solved,and the normal operation of the vehicle is ensured.
