摘  要:石油烃类溶剂油在化工、制药、橡胶等行业具有广泛的应用。其中,馏分的切割是溶剂油生产工艺的重要步骤。采用PRO/II软件模拟了C12~C20正构烷烃的分离。讨论了进料位置、回流量和塔顶采出量对精馏塔分离性能和热负荷的影响,优化了精馏塔设计方案。最后,核算了物料平衡和冷换设备热负荷。PRO/II软件的模拟结果为精馏塔工艺设计和溶剂油的工业应用提供了重要指导。Petroleum hydrocarbon solvent oil is widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,rubber and other industries.The cutting of distillate is an important step in solvent oil production process.The separation of C12~C20 normal alkanes was simulated with PRO/II software.The effects of feed position,reflux and top recovery on the separation performance and heat load of the distillation column were discussed,and the design scheme of the distillation column was optimized.Finally,the material balance and heat load of the cooling equipment were calculated.The simulation results of PRO/II software provided important guidance for distillation column process design and industrial application of solvent oil.
