摘　　要：优化供应商管控和供应链管理信息化升级已经成为阀门企业保障产品质量,提升价格和交货期优势的关键,根据多年来在阀门公司催交、质量监督检查和质量抽查的经验,结合实际项目供应链信息化升级的经验,对体系建设、采购管理、信息化建设三个方面的关键点进行梳理和总结,以期为阀门行业供应链升级和信息化建设提供一定的参考。Optimizing supplier management and control and upgrading supply chain management informatization has become the key for valve enterprises to ensure product quality and improve price and delivery time advantages.Based on years of experience in expediting,quality supervision and inspection and quality spot check in valve companies,combined with the experience in upgrading supply chain informatization in actual projects,the key points in system construction,procurement management and informatization construction were summarized,It was expected to provide some reference for the supply chain upgrading and information construction of the valve industry.
