摘　　要：文章以我国人口老龄化和人口政策调整为背景,分析三孩背景下我国生育保险制度存在问题,探讨三孩政策下我国生育保险制度的改革、发展、完善,从扩大生育保险的覆盖范围、提高基金统筹层次、扩大待遇范围、提高保障水平、优化生育保险与职工基本医疗保险的结合方式等方面,提出完善生育保险制度的思路。Based on the background of population aging and population policy adjustment,this article analyzes the existing problems in China’s birth insurance system under the background of three-child policy,discusses the reform,development and perfection of China’s birth insurance system under the three-child policy.From the aspects of expanding the coverage of maternity insurance,improving the level of fund planning,expanding the scope of treatment,and improving the level of security,optimizing the combination of maternity insurance and staff medical insurance,this paper puts forward the idea of improving the maternity insurance system.
