摘 要:无纺布涂附磨具具有弹性好、加工透气性好、不易堵塞、不烧伤工件、加工工件表面粗糙度小、加工无噪音、污染少等优点。广泛应用于镁铝合金、不锈钢、钛合金等难加工金属材料,以及塑料、木器、复合材料等表面精密研磨抛光的高效加工。文章介绍了近年来无纺布涂附磨具的原材料和制造技术的发展以及其未来的发展方向。Non-woven abrasive tools have the advantages of good elasticity,good processing permeability,not easy to block,noneto burn the workpiece,small surface roughness of the workpiece,no noise during processing period,and less pollution.It is widely used in the highly efficient processing of magnesium aluminum alloy,stainless steel,titanium alloy and other metal materials which are difficult to be machined,as well as plastic,wood,composite materials and other surface precision grinding and polishing.This paper has introduced the development of raw materials and manufacturing technology of non-woven abrasive tools in the recent years and the development direction in the future.
