摘 要:文章着重介绍浮式生产储油卸油轮(FPSO)平台的救生筏平台结构,该结构形式为悬臂梁式。该种救生筏平台方案削减了对于艏部甲板面积的占有率,使得艏部区域使用面积大大提升。具体说明了这种救生筏平台的设计方式及结构形式,救生筏平台结构导致主体结构受力过大的问题得到解决,并且利用有限元计算的方法对结构进行了强度校核。有限元分析的目的是为了保证支撑结构能够承受在救生筏运转过程中所承受的反力。研究内容为大多数FPSO项目提供了设计方法,对实际具有很强的指导意义。A cantilever beam type life raft platform structure on the platform of FPSO floating production storage and unloading device is mainly introduced. The design reduces the occupation of the bow deck area by the shelter and greatly improves the use area of the bow deck. The design method and structure form of the support platform are introduced in detail to solve the problem that the main structure has too much stress due to the support structure, and the strength of the structure is checked by finite element calculation. The purpose of finite element analysis is to ensure that the support structure can withstand the reaction force during the operation of the life raft. The design method and conclusion of this paper are applicable to most FPSO projects and have strong guiding significance to practice.
