摘 要:三相电动机在主备双电源转换过程中,因三相电动机存在的反电动势与主备电存在相位差,在转换过程中产生较大的冲击电流,对电动机造成损害,严重时导致电动机损坏。文章为三相电动机提供一种双电源转换装置,配置换相单元及转换控制方法,实现换相时反电动势与待投入电源的相位差不大于60°,切换时电压差不大于额定电压,确保切换冲击电流不大于三相交流异步电机直接启动电流,不会对电机造成伤害。研制了1台10 kVA的试验样机,试验结果验证了该控制方法的有效性。In the conversion process of three-phase motor between the main and standby power sources, the back EMF of the three-phase motor is out of phase with the main and standby power,and a large inrush current is generated during the conversion process, causing damage to the motor,or damage to the motor in severe cases. A dual power conversion device is provided for a three-phase motor, equipped with a commutation unit and a conversion control method, to realize that the phase difference between the back electromotive force and the power supply to be put into is not more than 60°. The switching impulse current is not greater than the direct starting current of the three-phase AC asynchronous motor, which will not cause damage to the motor. A 10 kVA experimental prototype is developed, and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the control method.
