摘 要:随着癌症发病率提高,抗肿瘤药物的临床应用频率也不断升高。化疗是治疗癌症的主要手段之一,但从临床可以看出,大部分化疗药物都具有不良反应大、治疗指数低等缺陷,所以需要关注化疗药物的改善。科技发展推动了包括碳纳米在内的纳米技术发展,碳纳米材料具备有益的物理和化学特性,在很多领域都有广泛应用。临床上使用碳纳米材料进行抗肿瘤药物的递送可以提升化疗的有效性。从医学上分析,碳纳米材料具有质量轻、理化性质稳定、生物相容性好、细胞穿透力强、易于修饰等优点,应用普遍,价值突出。基于此,通过研究论述氧化石墨烯、碳富勒烯、碳纳米管、碳点、纳米金刚石等碳纳米材料,探讨其作为药物载体的优点、分类与开发工作,以展望其在抗肿瘤药物递送方面的应用。With the increase of the incidence rate of cancer, the frequency of clinical application of antineoplastic drugs is also increasing. Chemotherapy is one of the main means to treat cancer. However, from the clinical point of view, most chemotherapy drugs have defects such as high adverse reactions and low therapeutic index, so attention should be paid to the improvement of chemotherapy drugs. The development of science and technology has promoted the development of nanotechnology, including carbon nanotechnology. Carbon nanomaterials have beneficial physical and chemical properties and are widely used in many fields. It is clinically proposed that the delivery of antitumor drugs using carbon nano materials can improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy. From the medical point of view, carbon nanomaterials have many advantages, such as light weight, stable physical and chemical properties, good biocompatibility, strong cell penetration, and easy modification. They are widely used and have outstanding value. Based on this, the advantages, classification and development of graphene oxide, carbon fullerene, carbon nanotubes, carbon dots, nano diamond and other carbon nano materials as drug carriers are discussed through research, so as to look forward to their application in the delivery of antitumor drugs.
