摘  要:为解决一次性刀叉注塑件开模后人工处理效率低下的问题,根据实际需求研制一款环形水口剪切装置与取料机械手协同作业,完成对环形注塑水口的剪切、刀叉收集以及残料分离等后处理工序内容.基于UG软件设计环形水口剪切装置的机械结构,制定水口剪切的工艺流程和控制方案,选择三菱FX1S系列PLC作为主控单元,利用GX-Developer编程软件设计顺序流程图及控制程序,研制了一种刀叉环形水口剪切装置,完善刀叉注塑流水线,大幅减少人工操作,提高生产效率,降低成本.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual processing of disposable knife and fork injection molded parts after mold opening,an annular gate shearing device and a reclaiming manipulator are developed according to the actual needs to work cooperatively to complete the post-processing procedures of shearing the annular injection gate,knife and fork collection and residue separation.The mechanical structure of annular gate shearing device is designed based on UG software,the process flow and control scheme of gate shearing are formulated,Mitsubishi FX1S series PLC is selected as the main control unit,and GX Developer programming software is used to design the sequence flow chart and control program.Finally,a knife and fork annular gate shearing device is developed,which improves the knife and fork injection line,greatly reduces manual operation,improves production efficiency and reduces costs.
