摘 要:基于材料特性研究岩沥青作为改性剂对基质沥青高温性能的影响行为,并根据动态频率扫描试验和重复荷载试验分析岩沥青掺量对高温抗变形性能的影响规律,研究数据表明,岩沥青改性剂随掺量的增加能显著提高基质沥青的动态剪切模量,减小相位角,增强高温抗变形能力.岩沥青改性剂与SBS改性剂相比,对基质沥青改性后的流变行为存在较大差异,20%掺量的岩沥青改性沥青在40℃时与SBS改性沥青高温抗变形能力相当,但随着温度升高导致材料中矿物质的沉淀,高温抗变形能力低于SBS改性沥青.基于Burgers模型拟合数据高温性能指标η0来定量说明矿物质沉降对岩沥青改性沥青高温性能带来的显著影响.Based on material properties,the paper studied the influence of rock asphalt as modifier on high temperature performance of base asphalt.The influence of rock asphalt content on high temperature deformation resistance is analyzed by dynamic frequency scanning test and repeated loading test.The research data show that rock asphalt modifier can significantly improve the dynamic shear modulus and of the asphalt,reduce the phase angle and enhance the deformation resistance at high temperature by the increase of rock asphalt content.Compared with SBS modifier,the rheological behavior of rock asphalt modified by 20%rock asphalt is quite different.The high temperature deformation resistance of rock asphalt modified by 20%rock asphalt is comparable to that of SBS modified asphalt at 40℃but with the temperature increasing,the mineral precipitation in the material is caused,and the high temperature deformation resistance is lower than that of SBS modified asphalt.Based on Burgers model fitting data,high temperature performance index was used to quantitatively explain the significant effect of mineral settlement on high temperature performance of rock asphalt modified asphalt.
