用户细分视角下英国国家档案馆网站建设特点及启示

摘　　要：档案馆网站细分用户既能促进档案资源系统整合,提高档案网站的建设质量,又能提高档案用户黏性。通过对英国国家档案馆网站建设情况的分析可以看出,该网站在服务群体定位、档案资源整合、网站功能设置、页面布局设计等方面都体现了用户细分特性。基于其建设特点,可从用户分群分层、多元主体共建、网站功能优化以及教育专栏细化四方面提出我国档案馆网站建设策略。The subdivided users of archives website can not only promote the integration of archives resources system, improve the construction quality of archives website, but also improve the stickiness of archives users. Through the analysis of the construction of the website of the National Archives of the United Kingdom, it can be seen that the website reflects the characteristics of user segmentation in terms of service group positioning, archive resource integration, website function settings, and page layout design. Based on its construction characteristics,the construction strategies of archives websites in my country can be put forward from four aspects: user grouping and stratification, multi-subject co-construction, website function optimization and education column refinement.
