摘  要:鹅细小病毒(GPV)和番鸭细小病毒(MDPV)严重危害水禽产业。自2015年以来,一种新型鸭源鹅细小病毒(N-GPV)在中国大陆持续爆发,给水禽产业造成重大经济损失。水禽细小病毒(WPV)病因再次引起研究人员的关注。本研究在2018—2019年期间,从中国东部和南部地区采集426份疑似细小病毒患病水禽组织样本,PCR检测总阳性率为51.2%(218/426)。最终,获得30个分离株,并对其VP3基因进行测序,进化树分析结果表明:分离株分布在7个分支,并与经典的GPV分支关系相近。本研究为水禽细小病毒(WPVs)疫苗的研发提供了候选株,仍需对水禽细小病毒进行连续不断的流行病学监测。Goose parvovirus(GPV)and Muscovy duck parvovirus(MDPV)endanger the waterfowl industry.Since 2015,a novel duck-origin goose parvovirus(N-GPV)has been responsible for continuous outbreaks in China's Mainland and has caused significant economic losses to the waterfowl industry.Waterfowl parvovirus(WPV)diseases have now attracted the attention of researchers again.In this study,426 tissue samples were collected from suspected diseased waterfowl in eastern and southern parts of China during 2018—2019.The total positive rate of detection by PCR was 51.2%(218/426).Finally,thirty isolates were obtained and subjected to the sequencing of a portion of the region spanned by the WPV VP3 gene primers.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the isolates were divided into seven lineages and were closely related to the classical GPV lineage.This study could provide candidate strains for the development of WPV vaccines.It is necessary to conduct persistent epidemiological surveillance of WPV.
