摘　　要：目的:研究通过分析奶牛蹄病的疾病描述与治疗对策,对比治疗防治改善结果,最后提出对奶牛蹄病的综合防治措施,以促进整体疾病改善质量得到进一步提升。方法:本次研究时间在2020年4月—2022年9月,研究分为两个阶段,第一阶段时间为2020年4月—2021年6月,第二阶段时间为2021年7月—2022年9月,在第一阶段内统计牧场内所出现的奶牛蹄病类型以及数量,并针对性的提出疾病的症状、风险与治疗措施,在第二阶段内统计奶牛蹄病类型以及数量,将两个阶段内的奶牛蹄病病发率进行对比分析,对研究数据结果进行总结与概括。结果:在最终统计结果中得知,第一阶段内总共有247例奶牛蹄病,疾病类型主要分为蹄叶炎、趾(指)间皮炎、趾指皮炎(毛状疣)以及腐蹄病等4种类型,在第二阶段内统计中得知仅有42例奶牛蹄病,其奶牛蹄病病发率得到明显下降,在对比中由于P值大小(P<0.05),故而在统计学意义上符合其的标准条件。结论:奶牛蹄病对奶牛生产性能具有极其严重的负面影响,在实际疾病防治过程中,应当善于选择适宜的治疗措施,同时做好定期维护性的修蹄工作,加强对奶牛的营养调控,提高牧场环境管理质量,这对减少奶牛蹄病的病发率具有十分重要的意义与价值。Objective: To study the description and treatment strategies of cow hoof disease,compare the improvement results of treatment and prevention,and finally put forward the comprehensive prevention and control measures for cow hoof disease,so as to promote the overall improvement quality of the disease.Methods: The research period was from April 2020 to September 2022,and the research was divided into two stages respectively.The first stage was from April 2020 to June 2021,and the second stage was from July 2021 to September 2022.In the first stage in statistics in the pasture of the cow hoof disease types and quantity,and targeted the symptoms of the disease,risk and treatment measures are put forward,in the second phase of statistical cows hoof disease types and quantity,will be two stages in the dairy cattle hoof disease disease rate were analyzed,summarized and summed up the result of the research data.Results: Learned that,in the final results within the first phase of a total of 247 cases of dairy cattle hoof disease,disease types mainly divided into laminitis,toe(means)dermatitis,toe dermatitis(hairy warts)and four types such as foot rot in the second stage statistics in 42 cases of dairy cattle hoof disease,its hoof disease cow disease rate is significantly lower,Because of the P value(P < 0.05)in the comparison,it met the standard condition of statistical significance.Conclusion:dairy cows hoof disease on production performance has a serious negative impact,in the actual process of disease prevention and control,should be good at choosing appropriate treatment measures,at the same time to do a good job of shoeing regular maintenance,to strengthen the nutrition regulation of cow,improve the quality of farm environment management,to reduce the disease rate of dairy cattle hoof disease is of great significance and value.
