摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把人民健康放在优先发展的战略地位,走医疗卫生事业高质量发展之路成为必由选择。文章分析了坚持医疗卫生事业高质量发展的逻辑背景,着眼于我国优质医疗资源短缺、基层医疗卫生短板以及我国基本国情,从加快优质医疗卫生资源扩容和区域均衡布局,提高基层防病治病和健康管理能力以及处理好基本与非基本医疗卫生服务关系3个维度探讨了坚持医疗卫生事业高质量发展的路径。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has placed the people’s health in a strategic position of priority development.It had became an inevitable choice to take the road of high-quality development of medical and health services.The paper analyzed the logical background of insisting on the high-quality development of medical and health services.Focusing on the shortage of high-quality medical resources,the shortcomings of grass roots health care and the basic national conditions of China,the paper discussed the path of insisting on high-quality development of medical and health services from three dimensions that accelerating the expansion of high-quality medical and health resources and regional balanced layout,improving the ability of grass roots disease prevention and treatment,and handling the relationship between basic and non-basic medical and health services properly.
