旋子转体720°接马步动作起跳技术的肌肉力学特征分析

摘　　要：文章采用三维测力台和遥测机电仪,运用“二机同步”的研究方法,以陕西省体工队以及西安体育学院武术专业国家一级运动员为调查对象,同时结合运动生理学、运动解剖学、运动生物力学、运动训练学等多学科知识,研究分析武术运动员在起跳阶段腿部肌肉发力情况以及相关肌肉发力顺序,通过对比三名运动员的起跳效果,制定科学训练方法。通过对三名运动员的肌肉力学数据分析,在缓冲阶段,由于运动员做反导性动作,运动员的右臂三角肌内侧(886±31uVs),肱二头肌(858±110uVs)和左侧腹外斜肌(469±106uVs)表现出较强的兴奋性,腹直肌,竖脊肌对躯干起控制作用。在蹬伸阶段,三名运动员都表现出较强的腿部爆发力,其中杨1的腿部爆发力量最强。In this paper,three-dimensional dynamometer and telemetry electromechanical instrument were used to study the athletes’leg muscle explosive force and the order of force explosion at the take-off phase from interdisciplinary Perspectives of Sports physiology,sports anatomy,sports biomechanics and sports training etc.The national level athletes of martial arts from athletic team of Shaanxi province and Xi’an Physical Education University are taken as the research object by the research method of‘two instruments working together’.By comparing the take-off effects of three athletes,more scientific training methodologies will be thus worked out.Through the analysis of the dynamics and muscle mechanics of the three athletes,the athletes’right medial deltoid medial(886±31 uVs),biceps(858±110uVs)and left Lateral ventral oblique(469±106uVs)showed a strong excitability,rectus abdominis,erector spinae on the trunk from the control effect.In the Pedal stretch stage,three athletes have shown a strong leg explosive force,with Yang 1 being the strongest one.
