摘 要:建立聚乙烯离心管水浴浸提–电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定土壤样品有效硼含量的方法。将样品直接称量于离心管内,用热去离子水浸提,浸提好的溶液直接通过离心机离心,取上清液,用铑作为内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。硼的质量浓度在0~1.0μg/mL范围内与光谱强度的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7,检出限为0.01 mg/kg。用该方法对5种土壤国家标准物质进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.03%~0.18%(n=12),测定值在标准值范围内。A method for the determination of available boron content in soil samples by polyethylene centrifuge tube water bath extraction and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. The sample was directly weighed in a centrifuge tube, extracted with hot deionized water, the leached solution was directly centrifuged by a centrifuge, the supernatant was taken, Rh was used as the internal standard element, and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was used for determination. The mass concentration of boron had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in the range of 0-1.0 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. This method was used to determine five national standard substance of soil, the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were0.03%-0.18%(n=12), and the determination values were in the range of the standard values.
