摘 要:建立二氧化碳培养箱二氧化碳浓度的在线校准方法。根据仪器原理及使用情况,选取浓度偏差和波动性作为仪器的主要计量特性,并探讨浓度偏差和波动性的校准方法。二氧化碳浓度在线测量的方法采用准确度高、响应快和便捷性强的红外吸收法。二氧化碳浓度在线测量的标准器选择二氧化碳测定仪,对于有气体校准口的二氧化碳培养箱,优先选择配有抽吸式传感器的二氧化碳测定仪,其它二氧化碳培养箱,均选择配有扩散式传感器的二氧化碳测定仪。若选择扩散式的传感器,测量时需将传感器放置于培养箱箱体内部,位置尽量靠近被检浓度检测器附近,柜门与传感器引线的夹缝处用胶泥填满。若选择抽吸式传感器,测量时需用专用软管连接培养箱气体校准口与传感器的进气口。参照上述方法对某型号的培养箱进行校准,得浓度偏差为0.16%,波动性为±0.071%,浓度偏差测量结果扩展不确定度为0.24%(k=2)。该校准方法可用于评价二氧化碳培养箱的主要性能,实现该类仪器的量值溯源。A carbon dioxide incubator online calibration method for carbon dioxide concentration was established.According to the principle and usage of the instrument, concentration deviation and volatility were selected as the main measurement characteristics of the instrument, and the calibration methods of concentration deviation and volatility are discussed. The method of on-line measurement of carbon dioxide concentration adopted the infrared absorption method with high accuracy, fast response and strong convenience. The standard instrument for the online measurement of carbon dioxide concentration is a carbon dioxide meter. For a carbon dioxide incubator with a gas calibration port, a carbon dioxide meter with a suction sensor was preferred. For other carbon dioxide incubators, a carbon dioxide meter with a diffusion sensor is selected. instrument. If a diffused sensor was selected, the sensor could be placed inside the incubator box, as close as possible to the concentration detector to be tested, and the gap between the cabinet door and the sensor lead could be filled with glue. If an aspirating sensor is selected, a special hose could be used to connect the gas calibration port of the incubator to the air inlet of the sensor during measurement. A certain type of incubator was calibrated with the above method, and the concentration deviation was 0.16%, and the fluctuation was ±0.071%. The expanded uncertainty of the measurement result of the concentration deviation was 0.24%(k=2). This calibration method can be used to evaluate the main performance of carbon dioxide incubators and realize the traceability of such instruments.
