摘  要:哺乳动物的季节性繁殖是长期进化过程中形成的年度节律。视网膜感知光照,将信号传递给下丘脑的视交叉上核(Suprachiasmatic Nucleus,SCN)引起生物钟振荡。此时松果体也响应光信号,引起褪黑素分泌的变化。生物钟和褪黑素共同参与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal Axis,HPGA)的生殖调控,完成动物的季节性繁殖。本文综述了褪黑素、生物钟在季节性繁殖动物调控中的作用机制,以及褪黑素与生物钟基因之间的直接交互作用和间接交互作用,为进一步完善哺乳动物的季节性繁殖机制提供研究基础。The seasonal reproduction of mammals is an annual rhythm coused by long-term evolution. The retina perceives light and transmits the signal to the suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN) of the hypothalamus to cause the circadian clock oscillate.Meanwhile, the pineal gland was also stimulated by light signals, causing changes in melatonin secretion. Both circadian and melatonin participate in the reproductive regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis(HPGA) to complete the animal seasonal reproductions. This article reviews the regulation mechanism of melatonin and circadian clock influencing the seasonal breeding animals, including the direct and indirect interaction between melatonin and circadian clock genes. It provides a comprehensive knowledge for further improving the seasonal reproduction mechanism of mammals.
