摘 要:酪酪肽(PYY)作为调节摄食的饱感信号,其生理效应主要受神经和摄入饲料营养物质及浓度的影响。当前研究下,PYY主要介导下丘脑弓状核和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路作用于食欲中枢,增加机体饱腹感,抑制摄食行为,调控动物采食量。生产中常在日粮中添加醋酸钠、小麦糊粉和膳食脂肪等多种营养物质促进动物PYY表达,提高动物生长性能。本文对PYY结构和生物学功能进行归纳,重点综述了PYY对动物采食量的调控作用及其营养调控途径的研究进展,旨在为进一步合理的开发利用PYY提供理论依据。As a satiety signal regulating food intake, the physiological effects of peptide YY(PYY) are mainly affected by nerve, the ingested feed of nutrients and concentration. Under the current research, PYY mainly mediates the arcuate nucleus of hypothalamus and mitogen-activated protein kinase signal pathway to act on the appetite center, increasing satiety,inhibiting feeding behavior, and regulating animal feed intake. In production, nutrients such as sodium acetate, wheat aleurone and dietary fat are often added in the diet to promote PYY expression and improve animal growth performance. The structure and biological functions of PYY are summarized in this paper, which focuses on the regulation of PYY on feed intake in animals and research progress of its nutritional regulation pathway, aiming to provide theoretical basis for further rational development and utilization of PYY.
