摘  要:马产业近年来发展迅速,其经济、文化价值不断提升,而且辅助生殖技术的发展为马产业升级提供了强劲动力。获得具有良好发育能力的马卵母细胞是辅助生殖技术的基础,但马超数排卵困难,且屠宰场获取卵巢不易,因此活体采卵(Ovum Pick Up,OPU)成为近几年比较常用的马卵母细胞收集方法。活体采卵是从家畜活体连续回收卵母细胞的技术,是家畜体外胚胎生产重要的前提环节。马活体采卵技术的应用相对于其他家畜较晚,且在国内有关马的活体采卵未见详细报道。本文综述了马OPU技术的优势、影响因素以及研究近况,并对马OPU发展进行展望,以期为国内马辅助生殖技术的发展提供理论参考。In recent years, the horse industry has developed rapidly, its economic and cultural values have been continuously improved, the development of assisted reproductive technology has provided a strong impetus for the upgrading of the horse industry. Obtaining horse oocytes with good developmental ability is the basis of assisted reproductive technology. However,due to the difficulty of superovulation and obtaining ovaries from slaughterhouses, ovum pick up(OPU) has become a more commonly used method for the collection of oocytes in recent years. OPU is a technology that can continuously recover oocytes from living animals, and it is an important prerequisite for in vitro embryo production of domestic animals. Compared with other domestic animals, the application of the technique in horses is late, and there is no detailed report about OPU from horse in China. This paper summarizes the advantages, influencing factors and research status of horse OPU technology, and looks forward to the development of OPU, in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of horse assisted reproductive technology in China.
