摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加葡萄籽对罗曼蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选取768只400日龄的健康罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复24只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮中分别添加3%、6%、9%葡萄籽。试验期56 d。结果表明:试验29~56 d,日粮添加6%、9%葡萄籽产蛋率低于对照组(P<0.05),且产蛋率随着葡萄籽添加量的增加而线性降低(P<0.05);6%、9%葡萄籽组料蛋比增加(P<0.05),料蛋比随着葡萄籽添加量的增加而线性增加(P<0.05);试验29~56、1~56 d,日粮添加6%葡萄籽料蛋比均高于对照组(P<0.05),且料蛋比随着葡萄籽添加量的增加而线性增加(P<0.05)。试验第28天,日粮添加3%、6%葡萄籽蛋壳厚度高于其他两组(P<0.05),且蛋壳厚度随着葡萄籽添加量的增加先增高后降低,有二次回归效应(P<0.05)。从节约玉米和蛋鸡生产性能综合考虑,推荐添加3%的葡萄籽饲喂蛋鸡。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary grape seeds supplementation on performance and egg quality of Lohmann laying hens. A total of 768 40-week-old Lohmann laying hens were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 8 replicate pens in each treatment and 24 birds per pen. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the experimental diets were supplemented with 3%, 6%, 9% grape seeds in the basal diet. The trial period was 56 d. The results showed that: From d 29 to 56 of experiment, dietary with 6% and 9% grape seeds supplementation significantly decreased laying rate(P<0.05) and increased feed to egg ratio(P<0.05). Moreover, the laying rate was linearly decreased(P<0.05) and the feed to egg ratio was linearly increased(P<0.05) with the increase of grape seeds supplementation. From d 29 to 56 of experiment and the whole experiment period, dietary 6% grape seeds supplementation significantly increased the feed to egg ratio(P<0.05), and the feed to egg ratio was linearly increased with the increase of grape seeds supplementation(P<0.05).On the d 28 of experiment, dietary 3% and 6% grape seeds supplementation significantly increased the eggshell thickness compared with the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the eggshell thickness increased first and then decreased with the increase of grape seeds supplementation, and there was a with a quadratic regression effect(P<0.05). In summary, from the perspective of saving the corn and better production performance of laying hens, it is recommended to add 3% grape seeds to feed laying hens.
