摘 要:制备了不同异氰酸酯指数的HCFC-141b发泡体系的聚异氰脲酸酯(PIR)泡沫,研究了异氰酸酯指数对PIR泡沫的阻燃性能、燃烧性能及保温性能的影响。结果表明:随着异氰酸酯指数的提高,泡沫的极限氧指数不断增大;PIR泡沫的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、总释放热(THR)、生烟总量(TSP)及质量损失比(MLR)不断降低;PIR泡沫的导热系数随着异氰酸酯指数的增大呈现先降低后升高的趋势;PIR泡沫在异氰酸酯指数3.5左右时综合性能最好。HCFC-141 b blown polyisocyanurate(PIR) foam with different isocyanate index was prepared. Effect of isocyanate index on the flame retardancy, combustion performance and thermal insulation performance of PIR foam was studied. The results showed that, with the increase of the isocyanate index, the limiting oxygen index increased. The peak heat release rate(PHRR), total heat release(THR), total smoke production(TSP) and mass loss ratio(MLR) of PIR foam decreased continuously, the thermal conductivity of PIR foam decreased first and then increased. In summary, PIR foam with an isocyanate index of about 3.5 had the best comprehensive performance.
