摘  要:采用亲水性聚醚多元醇(基础聚醚)、自制大分子单体分散剂、苯乙烯和丙烯腈等为原料,合成了亲水泡沫用聚合物多元醇(POP),并将其用于制备亲水聚氨酯泡沫。研究了基础聚醚的环氧乙烷(EO)含量、大分子单体分散剂及其用量、乙烯基混合单体中丙烯腈含量对合成POP及其泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,以羟值为35 mgKOH/g、EO质量分数为60%的聚醚三醇作为基础聚醚,使用质量分数为4%、官能度为6的大单体分散剂,乙烯基混合单体中丙烯腈质量分数为30%,合成的聚合物多元醇有较好的亲水性能;使用该聚合物多元醇制得的软质亲水聚氨酯泡沫具有高开孔率、高吸水率、高拉伸强度及低溶胀倍率,可用于医用敷料。Polymer polyol(POP) for hydrophilic foam was synthesized with hydrophilic polyether polyol(base polyether), self-made macromonomer dispersant, styrene and acrylonitrile as raw materials, and used in preparation of hydrophilic polyurethane foams. The effects of the ethylene oxide(EO) content of the base polyether, the macromonomer dispersant and its dosage, and the mass fraction of acrylonitrile in the vinyl mixed monomer on the synthesis of POP and its foam properties were studied. The results showed that the polyether triol with hydroxyl value of 35 mgKOH/g and EO mass fraction of 60% was used as the base polyether, using large monomer dispersant with mass fraction of 4% and functional degree of 6, and acrylonitrile mass fraction of vinyl mixed monomer was 30%, the polymer polyol had good hydrophilic properties. The hydrophilic flexible polyurethane foam prepared using such polymer polyol had high open cell ratio, high water absorption, high tensile strength and low swelling ratio, it could be used for medical dressings.
