摘 要:吉林省玉米秸秆资源丰富,主要集中在中部地区和偏西部地区的粮食主产区。对采集自吉林省东部、中部和西部的玉米秸秆进行燃烧性能分析,通过测定其热值和灰分,并与木材的燃烧性能比较,结果显示:玉米秸秆的热值达到4200cal/g以上,相当于木材热值(4680cal/g)的90%以上。玉米秸秆的灰分与木材十分接近,其中东部地区玉米秸秆灰分比木材略高,中、西部地区玉米秸秆灰分比木材略低,综合看基本持平。由此可见,从资源供给和燃烧性能来看,玉米秸秆替代木材用于生物质颗粒燃料的生产是可行的。Jilin Province is rich in maize straw resources,which are mainly concentrated in the main grain producing areas in the central and western regions.The combustion performance of maize straw collected from the east,middle and west of Jilin Province is analyzed.Its calorific value and ash content are measured and compared with that of wood.The results show that the calorific value of maize straw is more than 4200 cal/g,which was equivalent to more than 90%of the calorific value of wood flour(4680 cal/g).The ash content of maize straw is very close to that of wood.The ash content of maize straw in the eastern region is slightly higher than that of wood,and the ash content of maize straw in the central and western regions is slightly lower than that of wood,which is basically the same.It can be seen that it is feasible to use maize straw instead of wood in the production of biomass granular fuel from the aspects of resource supply and combustion performance.
