湿疹膏的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：为治疗湿疹提供一款质量稳定的湿疹膏配方。采用文献分析和实验对比的方法,选定氧化锌乳膏配方为初始基质配方,在原配方中添加紫草油、苦参提取物及甘草次酸等有效成分,不断调整配比,制成湿疹膏。结论:凡士林2.5 g、十八醇4.5 g、紫草油5 mL、薄荷脑0.47 g、羊毛脂2.0 g、甘油3.5 g、硼酸2.0 g、甘草次酸0.5 g、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5 g、丙二醇2.0 g、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.05 g、苦参总碱0.05 g、氧化锌5.0 g、纯化水16.0 g制备出来的湿疹膏质地细腻、延展性好。To provide a cream formulation with stable quality for the treatment of eczema.According to the method of literature analysis and experimental comparison,the formula of zinc oxide cream was selected as the initial matrix formula,and the active ingredients including Zicao oil,total base of matrine and glycyrrhetinic acid were added to the original formula,and the proportion was constantly adjusted to make eczema cream.Conclusion:it was found that the eczema cream prepared by petrolatum 2.5 g,octadecanol 4.5 g,Zicao oil 5 mL,menthol 0.47 g,lanolin 2.0 g,glycerin 3.5 g,boric acid 2.0 g,glycyrrhetinic acid 0.5 g,sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.5 g,propylene glycol 2.0 g,ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate 0.05 g,total matrine 0.05 g,zinc oxide 5.0 g,and purified water 16.0 g had fine texture and good ductility,and its efficacy needs further study.
