革命老区乡村旅游“新内源性”发展的农户生计效应研究——以井冈山上古田村为例

摘　　要：对革命老区乡村旅游发展实践模式的分析有助于探索因地制宜的乡村振兴路径。运用“核心-边缘”理论分析井冈山上古田村乡村旅游“新内源性”发展的实践机制,并构建乡村旅游发展生计效应评价指标体系,测量案例地乡村旅游发展对农户5类生计资本的影响。结果表明,乡村旅游“新内源性”发展的实践机制是以乡村资源和发展基础为驱动内核、以社区内生组织为资源整合中介、以政策和市场因素为激发边缘的圈层式互动机制,具有带动面广、认同度高、参与门槛低的集体经济优势。现阶段,案例地乡村旅游发展的生计效应总体处于中等水平。针对发展中存在的问题,进一步提出做强特色产业、优化发展机制、营造创业氛围等措施建议,以期为革命老区乡村旅游可持续跨越式发展提供有益思路。The analysis of the practice mode of rural tourism development in the old revolutionary base areas is helpful to explore the path of rural revitalization in the light of local conditions.This paper uses the′core-periphery′theory to analyze the practical mechanism of the′new endogenous′development of rural tourism in Shanggutian Village,Jinggang Mountains,and constructs an evaluation index system for the livelihood effect of rural tourism development to measure the impact of rural tourism development on the five types of livelihood capital of farmers.According to the results,the practical mechanism of the′new endogenous′development of rural tourism is a circle type interaction mechanism driven by rural resources and development foundation,with community endogenous organizations as the resource integration intermediary,and with policy and market factors as the trigger edge.It has the advantages of collective economy with a wide driving range,high recognition,and low threshold for participation.At present,the livelihood effect of rural tourism development in the case area is generally at a medium level.In view of the problems during the development,this paper further proposes measures such as strengthening characteristic industries,optimizing development mechanisms,and creating better entrepreneurial atmosphere,in order to provide useful ideas for the sustainable development of rural tourism in the old revolutionary base areas.
