实证管理哲学的典型聚焦——基于“管理自觉-管理规范化”的本土管理制度建设主观之维研究

摘　　要：管理制度建设除了制度条文健全的客观维度之外,还应体现制度建设的主观之维。制度建设的主观维度及主客观维度的互动揭示了一种实证管理哲学的尝试性探索。实证管理哲学是对实证管理科学反思之后,着眼于管理实践中人的经验及其经验感的理论研究。这种研究需要直面管理实践及其历史,又通过提炼“管理自觉-管理规范化”框架,进行管理哲学的反思。通过深入提炼中国改革开放以来管理现代化发展中的典型要旨,揭示本土管理制度建设研究的实证管理哲学向度,再通过剖析“管理自觉-管理规范化”的开启、显性特征、促发因素等内容得到落实。而“管理自觉-管理规范化”更需要贯通型境遇与合宜领导力的支撑。只有这样,本土管理制度建设才能得到不断健全。这是中国式现代化管理全面深化改革中常抓不懈的课题。In addition to the objective dimension of sound system provisions,the construction of management system should also reflect the subjective dimension of system construction.The subjective dimension of institution building,coupled with the interaction of subjective and objective dimensions in institution building,reveals a tentative exploration of empirical management philosophy.Empirical management philosophy is a kind of theoretical research focusing on human experience and sense of experience in management practice after scientific reflection on empirical management.This requires facing the management practice and its history directly,and reflecting on its management philosophy by refining the framework of“management consciousness&management standardization”.By deeply refining the typical gist of the development of management modernization since China’s reform and opening up,we reveal the empirical management philosophy direction in the construction of China’s local management system.Next,we will analyze the opening,explicit characteristics and promoting factors of“management consciousness&management standardization”.And“management consciousness&management standardization”needs the support of penetrating circumstances and appropriate leadership.Only in this way can China’s local management system be continuously improved.This is an unremitting task in comprehensively deepening the reform of Chinese style modern management.
