寻找中国本土管理学的元典——论《大学》的管理学本义价值与元典地位

摘　　要：基于加快构建充分体现“中国特色、中国风格、中国气派”的中国特色哲学社会科学的时代背景,从管理学的视角就儒家《大学》典籍进行重新审视。其对本义管理学基本层级的总体架构、源点及元点的关键聚焦、逻辑结构的清晰确定、终极目标的人本回归,使其获得了全新的管理学本义价值;其在本义管理学中对心本管理和我本管理的元点性结构嵌补启示、对家本管理的元力性结构嵌补启示、对国本治理和全球治理的差异性结构嵌补启示、对业本管理的与时俱进性结构嵌补启示,进一步夯实了其管理学的本义价值。从管理学本义视角审视,无论是相对于西方《科学管理原理》诸典籍,还是相对于儒家其他经典与佛道文献,《大学》都堪称名副其实的本义管理学元典。Based on the background of accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,the paper re-examine the Confucian classics of DaXue from the perspective of management.Its overall structure of the basic level,its key focus of the source point and meta point,its clear determination of the logical structure,and its humanistic return of the ultimate goal of the original management,make it obtain a brand new value of the original meaning of management.In the original management,its enlightenment to the meta-point structure of heart-based management and self-based management,to the meta-force structure of home-based management,to the difference structure of national-based governance and global governance,and to the structure of industry-based management with the times inspiration,further tamp its original value of management.From the perspective of the original meaning of management,DaXue can be regarded as a genuine canon of management,whether it is relative to the western classics such as Scientific Management Principles or Confucian other classics and Buddhist literature.
