儿童夜光安全服装的可视性能分析

摘　　要：为了更好地评价儿童夜光安全服装的识别度和可见度,充分发挥服装的夜间安全警示功能,采用夜光绣线和夜光织物制成7件儿童夜光安全服装样衣;通过对样衣可视时间及可视距离数据分析,阐明夜光织物及织物发光颜色与可视性能之间的关系。结果表明:发光织物与织物发光颜色影响儿童夜光安全服装的可视距离及可视时间,可视距离及可视时间对儿童夜光安全服装的可视性能有极其显著的影响;白色绒布样衣可视性能最好,单色绒布样衣、白色机织布样衣和白色绣花样衣次之,蓝白条纹样衣最差;测试距离为20 m、持续发光20 min时,样衣可视性能达到可见与不可见的临界值。In order to evaluate the recognition and visibility of children nocturnal safety garments with warning and reminding functions,seven children nocturnal safety garments were made of luminous fibers and luminous fabrics.By studying the visual time and visual distance,the effect of luminescent material and fabric color on visibility ability was clarified.The results showed that the luminous fabric and the emitting color affect the visibility distance and visibility time which can significantly affect the visibility of children's noctilucent safety clothing.White flannelette sample showed the highest visibility,followed by other color flannelette samples,white woven sample and white embroidered pattern.Blue-white stripes sample showed the worst performance.When the test distance was 20 meters and the test time was 20 minutes,the visibility of samples reached the threshold value of visible and invisible.
