摘　　要：岁序更替,很多历史建筑、历史空间经过时光的距,在市民的生活中已不再如往日嵘,但它们依然是具有城市温度和地域辨识性的宝贵资源。这些建筑与空间能够传承城市历史文化,并可以通过一定程度的环境改善和服务提升,给市民带来新的获得感。它们或许是留有历史风貌的历史街区、片区,或许是受条例保护的文物类建筑、优秀历史建筑,亦或是带有时间印记和情感价值的普通老旧建筑。As the years pass,many historical buildings and spaces have faded through the passage of time and are no longer as magnificent as ever in citizen's lives.Nevertheless,they still stand as precious resources bearing a city's temper and distinctiveness.While passing on the history and culture of the city.these buildings and spaces can also deliver a new sense of access to citizens through a certain degree of environmental improvement and service upgrading.They may be historical blocks and districts with historical features,or traditional buildings and heritage buildings protected by regulations,or ordinary old buildings with time marks and sentimental value.
