摘　　要：随着城市更新的持续推进,我国的城市化发展进入了新的历史时期,正从高速扩张的增量发展向品质精细化的存量发展转型。以历史建筑为基础,涵盖历史地段、历史街区、历史文化名城和村镇等多层级、多要素的历史文化遗产,成为城市和地区历史积淀的见证者和结晶。如何从“场所精神”理论的场地、场所和知觉体验出发,在延续其历史风貌和保存市民记忆的前提下,充分发挥其历史底蕴和价值,使其融入时代发展的新浪潮,创造新的场所体验和社会生活场景,是本文的主要研讨内容。With the continuous development of urban renewal,the urbanization of China has entered a new historical stage,which is transforrming from the incremental development of rapid expansion to the stock development of refined quality.Based on historical buildings covering historical areas,historical blocks,historical and cultural cities,vllages and towns,the historical and cultural heritage is a multi-level and multi-factor historical witness and quintessence of cities and regions.So,this paper focuses on discussing how we can give full play to the historical foundation and value of the genius loci theory,make it integrate properly into the new wave of the development of the times and create new place experiences and social life scenes starting from the site,place and perceptual experience of this theory,and on the premise of maintaining its historical features and preserving citizens'memories.
