美丰大楼娄--链接历史,营造未来

摘　　要：外滩源6号楼(美丰大楼)由戴卫奇普菲尔德建筑事务所设计,项目位于外滩源地块的东南角,地理位置十分显要,但所处周围规划环境情况也十分复杂。它与中实大楼共同界定了外滩源地块的南端边界,但由于两者间悬殊的现状高度差别和各异的屋顶形式,使得2栋建筑的整体轮廓显得十分不协调。而且,现有的美丰洋行南立面比中实大楼向前突出了约1.3m,这种特别的交接方式更是进一步强化了这种不协调。The Andrews&George Building,aka Meifeng Building.was designed by David Chipperfield Architects.It marks the southeastern edge of the planning area and has become known as Rockbund 6.It occupies a prominent and important geographical position,with a complex surrounding environment.Andrews&George Building,together with National Industrial Bank(NJ.B.)Building.defines the southern boundary of the Rockbund(Waitanyuan).However,due to the height difference and divergent roof patterns,the overall outline of the 2 buildings looks inconsistent.Moreover,the current south facade of Andrews&George Ca.is about 1.3 m protruding compared with NIB.Building.which further reinforces such inharmony.
