摘　　要：随着中国经济社会发展,防汛抢险工作显得愈发重,防汛抢险也是水库管理工作中的重要工作内容。河口村水库在运行过程中,存在着一些防洪安全问题,因此,需要有针对性采取防洪抢险调度与抢险措施,以提高水库突发事件应对能力,力保水库工程安全,最大程度保障人民群众生命和财产安全,尽可能避免或减少损失。With China’s economic and social development, flood control and rescue work is becoming more and more important. Flood control and rescue is also an important work content in reservoir management. During the operation of Hekou village reservoir, there are some flood control safety problems. Therefore, targeted flood control and rescue operation and rescue measures need to be taken to improve the response capacity of the reservoir to emergencies, ensure the safety of the reservoir project, ensure the safety of people’s lives and property to the greatest extent, and avoid or reduce losses as much as possible.
