摘　　要：南水北调中线一期干线工程是跨流域跨区域配置水资源的重大战略性基础设施和骨干工程,调水线路南北跨度长、调水规模大、沿线无调蓄,运行工况复杂,已成为沿线北京、天津、郑州、石家庄等特大城市和沿线大中小城市的主力生活水源,在经济社会发展和生态环境保护等多方面发挥了特别重要的作用。在运行管理中一旦发生渠道个别混凝土衬砌底板隆起、断裂、下滑,以及汛期极端天气下的强降水等可能会造成南水北调部分渠段及建筑物水毁等较大突发事件,导致供水中断,后果将不堪设想,为此,对渠道进行水下摄像及水下详细检查检测已成为必要。文章针对在南水北调中线干线水下应急抢险的施工安全进行分析,以期对水下类似工程参考。The first phase trunk line project of the middle route of the South to North Water Transfer Project is a major strategic infrastructure and backbone project for cross basin and cross regional allocation of water resources. The water transfer line has a long north-south span, large scale of water transfer, no regulation and storage along the line, and complex operating conditions. It has become the main source of living for mega cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Shijiazhuang, and large, medium and small cities along the line, It has played a particularly important role in economic and social development, ecological environment protection and other aspects. In the operation and management, once the floor of individual concrete lining of the canal rises, breaks, slides, and heavy rainfall occurs in extreme weather during the flood season, it may cause serious emergencies such as water damage to some canal sections and buildings of the South to North Water Transfer Project, resulting in water supply interruption, and the consequences will be unimaginable. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out underwater camera and underwater detailed inspection and detection for the channel. This paper analyzes the construction safety of underwater emergency rescue in the middle route of the South to North Water Transfer Project in order to provide reference for similar underwater projects.
