摘 要:水力过渡分析对调压井的设置、设置的合理性、安全运行等非常重要,调压井能够较好的适应地形特点和地质条件,最大限度的利用了围岩和地形条件,布置调压井降低了整个发电引水系统的成本,有利于运行管理;通过调压井稳定面积、涌波等计算可初步确定调压井结构形式;通过水力过渡计算分析:即根据大、小机组导叶关闭规律,对蜗壳动水压力、机组转速上升率及调压室最高涌浪的控制工况(D1~D4及调压室最低涌浪控制工况D5~D6)进行大波动过渡过程复核计算,为调压井相关体型结构参数取值提供了参考,为类似电站引水调压井的合理、经济设计提供可借鉴的经验。The hydraulic transition analysis is very important for the setting, rationality and safe operation of the surge shaft. The surge shaft can better adapt to the topographic characteristics and geological conditions, and maximize the use of surrounding rock and topographic conditions. The deployment of surge shaft reduces the cost of the whole power generation water diversion system and is conducive to operation management. The structural form of surge shaft can be preliminarily determined through the calculation of stable area and surge wave of surge shaft. Through hydraulic transition calculation and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn.According to the closing law of guide vanes of large and small units, the large fluctuation transition process is reviewed and calculated for volute dynamic water pressure, unit speed rise rate and the control conditions of the highest surge chamber(D1-D4) and the control conditions of the lowest surge in the surge chamber(D5-D6), which provides a reference for the value of relevant shape structural parameters of the surge shaft. It provides a reference for the rational and economic design of the diversion surge shaft of similar power stations.
