摘　　要：本文以福建省属科研机构为分析对象,总结新形势下科研管理工作所取得的成效,并对当前工作中存在的难点、堵点问题进行具体分析,提出加强科研管理工作的建议,以期为科研机构推动科研工作提供参考。Taking the scientific research institutions affiliated to FUJIAN Province as the analysis object, this paper summarizes the achievements of scientific research management under the new situation, makes a specific analysis of the difficulties and blocking problems existing in the current work, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen scientific research management, in order to provide reference for scientific research institutions to promote scientific research.
