摘 要:通过对某钢厂2021年上半年高强船板强度性能不合批次进行分析,结合成分设计与工艺设计,并借以金相检验等手段,得出水冷效果是12~50 mm的A级、D级32 kg及36 kg船板强度性能稳定性的主要影响因素。通过降低终轧温度20℃,水冷温度提升20℃,抗拉强度降低10 MPa,断后伸长率提升2%,冲击功提升15 J,强度性能过程能力水平CPK由1.14提升至1.34,实现了强度余量适中,过程能力水平显著提升。Based on the batches analysis for the high-strength ship plate strength performance in the first half of 2021 in a steel plant,combined with the composition design and process design,and by means of metallographic inspection,it is concluded that the water cooling effect is the main factor affecting the stability of strength performance of Class A,Class D 32 kg and 36 kg ship plates with a thickness of 12-50 mm.By reducing the finishing rolling temperature by 20℃,the water cooling temperature is raised by 20℃,the tensile strength is decreased by 10 MPa,the elongation after fracture is increased by 2%,the impact energy is increased by 15 J,and the strength performance process capability level(CPK)is increased from 1.14 to 1.34,the strength margin is moderate,and the process capability level is significantly improved.
