摘　　要：镀锌卷生产下线以后,在吊运、包装、运输或加工过程中,因保护不当产生摩擦黑斑、白锈、塌卷等缺陷,以及使用时涂油缺失导致冲压开裂等问题。列举了摩擦黑斑、白锈缺陷以及涂油缺失导致的冲压开裂3个实例,分析其产生原因并提出了预防措施。After the production of galvanized coil,in the process of lifting,packaging,transportation or processing,due to improper protection,it has produced defects such as friction black spots,white rust,roll collapse and so on,and stamping cracking is caused by lack of oil in use.In this paper,three examples of friction black spots,white rust and stamping cracking caused by oil loss in use are listed,the causes are analyzed and preventive measures are put forward.
